OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from us, we will collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and e-mail address so that we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment through PayPal, which provides a secure and private way to process your payment, by using either a major credit card or a PayPal account. We will send a PayPal invoice and you may use whatever payment method you choose. You credit card information does not come to us. All refunds are processed through PayPal.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship via FedEx Express, Ground or Home Delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the package and the service chosen. We ask you to let us know if the package can be left safely, or if you to sign for it for security. We will inform you of the cost and tracking number so you can know when to expect delivery. We will include a return label with the shipment to be used if you want to return or exchange the item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with tags attached) within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make this process as easy as possible.

We ask that you contact us ASAP if you intend to return an item. If you would like to exchange it for another size, please let us know what size/color/style you want, so that we can hold it for you while we await your package.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the ten (10) day return period.

Returns on special orders are not accepted.

Ship your return or exchange using the label provided.

An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received.

Refunds will be issued by PayPal as soon as we have received the package and inspected the merchandise. We will do this expeditiously and keep you informed.

FOLLOW UP SERVICE

We know that you may need help with fitting the dress and possibly adding an accessory such as a cover-up or shawl.

We want to provide you with any support you may find that you need. We want to ensure you are delighted with the dress and will be happy to advise you about any services we can provide or other suggestions for you to pursue.
